Since last two weeks, another guide was inducted. I would be a tennis ball in some situations, but most of the time, I have been in a comfortable mood to work. However, controversy is sometimes inevitable. It is a part of the learning process. Anyway, I need to strong enough to stand firmly on my feet to keep the balance between both poles. Hopefully, I can overcome the obstacles and reach the shore in time safely. I try my best to change whatever can be changed and accept whatever cannot be changed!
